Any pre-payments of the agreed PW Events bill can be made at a 2% discount.
Any payment left after the event/activity must be paid within 14 days
A fee of 5% per week will be charged for any late payments
Cancellation charges will often apply, as events/activities require significant preparation work. These cancellations will be billed as follows:
1. Within 24 hours of agreement: Free
2. Within 2-7 days of agreement, and 21 days or more before the event/activity : Free
3. Within 2-7 days of agreement, and 20 days or less before the event/activity : 15%
4. 8-14 days after the agreement: 25%
5. 15-21 days after the agreement: 40%
6. 22 days or more after the agreement: 55%
Where costs are involved for participants for the venue, food & drink, accommodation or travel, it is expected that you as the client will pay. For example: If your participants require food or accommodation, then you as the client will pay for those requirements.
If the venue can be reached by car (without bridge, ferry, or tunnel fees), you will be billed for the roundtrip kilometers from Svendborg in Denmark to the venue at 2 DKK per kilometer.
In other cases, different transport possibilities will be investigated and a specific price quoted.
E.g. Distance from Svendborg to Odense = 49.5 km. The travel charge will be 2 DKK x 2 (there and back) x 49.5 = 198 DKK (~ 26 EUR)
Svendborg to Copenhagen = Round-trip train ticket cost (due to bridge fee)
Svendborg to Aarhus = 185km. The travel charge will be 2 x 2 x 185 = 740 DKK (~99 EUR)
Should the venue be more than 250 km away from Svendborg, then accomodation for the PW Events host will be charged for a Bed & Breakfast, Budget Hotel, or similar. In most cases this will be a 1 night stay, unless your event spans multiple days.
In the very unlikely event that your event/activity needs to be cancelled by PW Events, then no charge will be made, and, if it is longer than 7 days since the agreement, you will be given 200 Euros in credit towards an alternative event/activity. This compensation credit excludes Force Majeure (e.g. venue flooded, natural disaster, epidemic, etc) and any cancellations which were not directly made by PW Events. (e.g. if a venue has double-booked, then PW Events will not give the compensation credit, but you may be able to pursue the venue directly)
