Privacy Policy

We do not sell any data to any company or person under any circumstance.

We use information that you supply directly to us for planning your event or activity. We keep your basic contact details on file, in case we wish to send you information about offers or new activities in the future. For such marketing we will only ever contact via email, and never more than 2 times year. You can opt-out of such marketing at any point by informing us via email.

Photos will only ever be taken extremely rarely at private events. If these pictures contain any people, or any reference to the company involved, and we wish to use these photos for marketing, we will always ask for clear permission in writing before doing so.

If the event is one where members of the general public can attend, then we may take some photos at the event. We will only use photos that can be deemed as photos of "groups of people/the crowd", and are a positive reflection of the event or the people there.

No video will be taken by us of any event, unless clear permission has been obtained in writing before the event/activity takes place.

No details of your event or activity will be posted by us in the public domain, unless (in rare circumstances) no names of people are mentioned and no company or association is mentioned.

Website visits tracking and similar - We use Google Analytics to track things such as numbers of visits to our website, number of visits to certain pages, which Google search term led you to the page, etc. All very standard activity with the main purpose of giving us general statistics, and a broad overview. We do NOT collect IP addresses. We do NOT use cookies at all as a company, beyond what Google Analytics may or may not use.

Data security - all electronic discussions and bespoke documentation relating to your event will be moved to an offline secure harddisk within 3 months of the completion of your event/activity. This is only retained for legal reasons, or for ideas for future events/activities. You may request a copy of this stored information, via email. The request has to originate from the email address that was used for communication, and the request will be confirmed by telephone call.
