We can plan every aspect of an event, from venues to activites, to hosting, to catering/drinks, to accomodation, and even travel. No event is too big or small. We have our own database of 1000s of venues and we will look to match them with your needs and type/style of event.

How much does it cost? It really depends on how many people and the overall scope of the event. A smaller scale event could be as low as €350 for the planning, if it took up to 10 hours of planning. For a medium event requiring 100+ hours of planning, you can expect €3500+. The largest of events require literally 1000s of hours of planning, and the price reflects this. Any large scale events will require a meeting in person before we can prepare a quotation.
It is always best to send in an enquiry and then we can give you a better estimate. After some follow up questions we can then prepare an actual quotation. We can either give a fixed price which will not waiver. Or a slightly lower fixed price but with a contingency for extra hours to be charged if they are required.
