We first started in event/activity planning in the mid 1990s with such events as Boat Trips down the Thames, and Music Gigs. By the late 90s we were involved heavily in the management side of the hospitality industry in London for Mitchells and Butlers. Designing our own events really gathered pace from 2002 until 2025, which we consider the core of our active years in event planning, with 2007 to 2021 being our most active years in the online arena.
We have designed and run over 2500 different activites or events. Over 1100 of these were real life events, and over 1400 of these were online events. We pride ourselves on our creativity and attention to detail. We mainly focus on real life events now, as the human connection is at it's best when people are face to face with no screens involved.
Our general process is to first ask some follow up questions to your enquiry. If it is a medium sized event then generally we also like to discuss it further via the phone. And for large events, we prefer to meet up in person before making the quotation. If a deal is arranged and the planning starts then we will give you regular updates on progress. Once we have arranged things like the venue and catering, we generally prefer that you pay those suppliers directly. The things specifically we provide & invoice for are the planning of the event from beginning to end, any activities required, any hosting required, and any bar arrangements you might wish for if the venue doesn't directly provide those themselves.
If you run a charity which has low administration costs and donate at least 85% of your revenue to the charity, then please feel free to contact us. In certain circumstances we are prepared to provide the planning for free. So if there is a good cause, and we have the time, then we may be able to help.
We attempt to charge very fair prices in relation to the amount of work involved. We will often put in extra time for no extra fee just to make sure things are right.
